Midori Kajihara Sensei, 4th Dan Aikikai  Midori Kajihara Sensei has been practicing Aikido for over 20 years under Yasuo Kobayashi sensei 8th dan Shihan. In 1997 she was awarded 4th dan by Kisshomaru Ueshiba sensei, son of O-sensei, doshu, head of Aikikai. Sensei Pat Hendricks, 6th Dan Aikikai, UK Seminar 2009 Pat Hendricks first started Aikido training under Stanley Pranin in Monterey, California 1975.
